LOGISTICS STRATEGY



In this section we captured each of the processes and threads of supply, production and distribution with analysis for this project, also we present an outline of our supply chain, taking into account the acquisition, raw material storage, control suppliers, where we will set the control inputs and outputs for bringing production management effectiveness for each of their clients.
In the production we consider the resources we need and financial, human and physical distribution and marketing of the product will take at different stages based on the different distribution strategies, suppliers and most important customer satisfaction providing own and satisfaction in the final delivery.

Below a summary of the strategy we use

SUPPLY:



Procurement planning leads to more efficient use of available resources in the production process, so that they can achieve maximum goals are within reach. Once the objectives of inventory management and defined the techniques described forecast demand and certain costs of stock !, proceed to develop a work plan consisting of forecasting, testing and regulation of time spent on the different operations comprising the manufacture of a product


PRODUCTION:

The mission of the process of production planning is to ensure that production is planned considering the logistical requirements, such as the terms and conditions established delivery, the ability to process both committed and available, ensuring that information is generated necessary for production under controlled conditions, among others.


DISTRIBUTION:

The configuration of the transmission grid determines the distribution costs of goods such as planning and temporal organization of the supply chain of products to market. A fact that has characterized the haulage system has been the emergence of companies dedicated exclusively to the transport services, logistics operators.
